Fulfilment Policy

 

  • User must pay for hotels and airlines in full to book your room or airline tickets

  • Tour bookings can be booked upon payment of deposit, however if full payment is not paid by the due date, booking will be immediately cancelled.

  • SAYU will send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via e-mail.

  • Confirmation of a booking includes the essential elements such as the description of the service booked and the price will be sent to the customer by email. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours of placing the booking, he/she should contact the customer support team. 

  • Details such as itineraries, tickets and other materials may also be downloaded from account page.
