User must pay for hotels and airlines in full to book your room or airline tickets
Tour bookings can be booked upon payment of deposit, however if full payment is not paid by the due date, booking will be immediately cancelled.
SAYU will send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via e-mail.
Confirmation of a booking includes the essential elements such as the description of the service booked and the price will be sent to the customer by email. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours of placing the booking, he/she should contact the customer support team.
Details such as itineraries, tickets and other materials may also be downloaded from account page.
